Michele skillfully incorporates her many years of training and practice as a natural health care professional in utilizing herbs and plant extracts to create the perfect flavor packed punch to your palate. She began Vegetarian Community Meals in Spokane, WA to support awareness of healthy eating right where you live. Generating a strong interest in conscious eating and living in a practical user friendly way.
